Expert Enquete Commission "Vocational Education and Training in the Digital Workplace"
Prof. Dr. Detlef Buschfeld was appointed by the President of the German Bundestag as a member of the Enquete Commission „Vocational Educationa and Training in the Digital Workplacet“. The Enquete Commission consists of 19 members of the parliamentary groups of the Bundestag and 19 experts proposed by the parliamentary groups. The Commission will start its work in autumn 2018.
Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BiBB)
Prof. Dr. Detlef Buschfeld was elected Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) for the fourth term of office (2017-2021). The Scientific Advisory Board advises the organs of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (the Board and the President) on medium-term and annual research programmes and on the Institute's cooperation with universities and other research institutions by issuing opinions and recommendations. The Board is also known as the "Parliament of Vocational Education and Training" because its members represent the various perspectives and institutional interests of vocational education and training.
